Second Battle of Arnhem - British enter the town. At midnight on 12th April, British troops made a new assault crossing of the River IJssel and entered Arnhem. This picture was taken during the early hours of the morning when Buffaloes of the 79th Armoured Division ferried men and equipment across the river.
